Once you've become an Online member (minimum 3 months subscription) you can cancel your monthly re-subscriptions at any time by giving us 2 weeks notice, and continue to log on until the end of your membership period.
Until we receive this notice, we will continue to deduct your re-subscription payment from your debit or credit card each month.
If you would like to cancel re-subscription payments, please log on to your account and visit the 'My Slimming World > update my details' section, and scroll down to the 'check my account status' link, to find the 'cancel future subscriptions' button.
Online members can also email our Online Support team via the contact us page or write to us at: Online Support team, Slimming World Online, Clover Nook Road, Somercotes, Alfreton, Derbyshire DE55 4RF, quoting your reference number and registered email address.
We will give you 4 weeks notice' if we wish to terminate the provision of your Slimming World Online services to you. Upon termination we will cease charging your card.
