What are Healthy Extras?

As well as Free Foods, every day we ask you to choose measured portions of 'Healthy Extras' - these are foods that boost your fibre, vitamins and minerals, especially calcium. These can include wholemeal bread, high-fibre breakfast cereals, soups, and dairy products, and again you'll find there are a wide variety of foods to choose from.
