The website is saying I haven’t been to group - but I have, how do I log on?

It sounds like the system needs your details refreshing and once you've done this, you'll be back online. 
You’ll need to log on to the main website (not the app) You’ll then receive a message saying ‘we noticed you’ve not been to group’ click ‘yes’ to this.
Then it will ask if you’ve had a new card click ‘yes’ (even though you haven’t had a new card) and add your most recent card and PIN. You’ll then be able to access the site again.
