I’m a group member and I can't logon. Help!

We know just how frustrating it is when you are entering everything right and it just will not let you on. We promise there will be a reason and we can help to get you online in no time.

​If you are a new group member, don't forget that you need to register your member card number and PIN before you can log in.

If you have been a group member for a while, or you are a group member who has come back after a break of less than 6 months:
  • Double check the email address that is being entered is the one you registered with. It is so easy to mistype a letter and that’s all it takes. Also if your computer auto-fills your email address, check that it is right as this is a common problem.
  • If you are 100% sure that your e-mail address is being entered correctly, then it might be the password. If you have tried all of the possibilities, you can reset your password yourself using the ‘forgotten password’ link.
​Please note, if you have had a break away from group, allow 2-3 days after you've returned for your Consultant to send the group information to us at head office. If it has been more than 3 days, follow the above steps.

If you have been away from group for more than 6 months then you will need to register again, even if you have kept the same card number.

And if all else fails, you can get in touch with us by using the contact us form on the website. We understand that the website is so important to our members so we want you to be able to log on as much as you do.

These same rules apply for the mobile site.
