I can't get Syns Online to work properly!

There are some tricks to using Syns Online. If you start to type a brand name or manufacturer, our system will predict the one you want and if you then select this, the results are usually more accurate. Once you have selected a manufacturer, type in the product that you are looking for and the most relevant results will show.

If the item you are looking for isn't on our database at the moment, then it will show the closest results possible - some of these might be a little obscure. If that is the case then we would recommend you use the Syns Calculator until we can get the item added to Syns Online.

Although we would love to, we cannot answer Syn queries via e-mail, or through social media.

Please note:

Calls are charged at 65p per minute from a BT landline, plus your telephone company's network access charge. Lines are open Monday to Friday 9.00am - 7.00pm. As product formulations may change, please have the packaging of the product on hand when you call, so we can double-check that the information on the packaging corresponds with that on our database.
